Joined the Eagles from the Western Bulldogs in late 2024, after spending the previous five seasons as their Head of Development.
Maddocks has a decade of AFL club experience, having started at the Dogs as a development coach and opposition analyst in 2015.
He also worked in the underage talent pathways for Vic Metro, Oakleigh Chargers and Dandenong Stingrays, and has a proven track record of developing players to reach their potential.
