General Manager - Football

A premiership player for West Perth in 1995, Bell cut his coaching teeth with the club’s reserves and colts team.

He was also appointed head coach of the State 16s squad before being appointed in 2008 as a development coach at the Eagles.

He then was appointed as Head of Development in 2013 and evolved as a football administrator to the point where he was appointed Football Manager for the 2022 season, before being elevated to the club's executive as General Manager - Football ahead of 2023.
