The 2015 WAFL fixture has been finalised, with 18 qualifying games to be covered live on the Seven network.
Featuring 23 rounds, a top-five finals series will be played this year for the first time since 1994.
East Perth will kick off its 2015 campaign with a Saturday night clash against East Fremantle at Domain Stadium.
Attendees will have the chance to win $100,000. Click here for further details.
WAFL chief operating officer Nick Saunter said it was an ideal way to mark the start of another season.
“The Channel 7 broadcast of the McDonald’s WAFL Premiership Season will start with a bang at Domain Stadium under lights on a Saturday night,” Mr Saunter said.
“This will be the first game at Domain Stadium for 2015 and we have big plans to make sure it’s a blockbuster, including the chance for fans to win $100,000 thanks to reiwa.com.
“Fans will also be able to have a kick on the hallowed turf at the quarter and half-time breaks.
“This will be the first of 18 live WAFL games on the Seven network in 2015, not including finals, and we are genuinely excited about the new opportunities this will present for the competition.
“We have tried to minimise changes to traditional start times for games where possible, while also trying to maximise viewership opportunities by avoiding direct clashes with AFL games and leading into and out of live AFL games on the Seven network.”
