The West Coast Eagles prepare to fly east for the first time since their extended hub in Melbourne.

The side will have hosted four matches in Perth before returning to Melbourne, including their final home game of the year at Optus Stadium.

West Coast will play at Arden Street and clash with the Kangaroos for their first time in AFLW history, with the side ready to embrace the challenge that comes with competing against the potential 2022 finalists.

The round 10 match will take place on  Saturday March 12, with bounce down at 2:10pm (AWST).

Senior coach Michael Prior said the team are looking forward to competing against North Melbourne in their final game of the season.

"It will be great for the girls to get some more experience against a side they haven't played against in the AFLW competition," Prior said.

"We know North Melbourne are a good side and in serious finals contention, so we have some work to do, but I'm confident the girls will bring their all in the final match of the season.

"We're excited for the remaining three games in the year, and are looking forward to returning to Melbourne after having the opportunity to host four consecutive home games in Perth.

"The girls are also looking forward to embracing the challenges that come their way in these last games of the season."
