West Coast's dedicated Eagles Rock My School ambassadors, Will Schofield, Chris Masten, Jacob Brennan, Callum Wilson, Jordan Jones, Ryan Neates, Ashley Smith, Lewis Broome, Tim Houlihan and Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls, spent yesterday morning fine-tuning their skills and learning about the exciting Eagles Rock My School program for when they hit the road this year visiting students.

Proudly supported by West Coast’s principal community partner BHP Billiton, the Eagles Rock My School initiative is a values-based program which teaches the importance of respect, community values and living a healthy lifestyle.

This year’s Eagles Rock My School program has been revamped with an exciting new addition - an interactive whiteboard.

This learning resource allows students to learn through the interactive story book, ‘I Want To Be A West Coast Eagles Footballer’, as well as take part in over 30 cross-curricular activities from several learning areas.

The players sat down yesterday to learn the ins-and-outs of this exciting new product so they are well-equipped for their upcoming school visits!

Thanks to BHP Billiiton, the inclusion of the interactive whiteboard product is the next exciting step in maintaining the club’s commitment to schooling in WA.
