Andrew Gaff has always been a tireless worker, with few being able to keep up with him all day, but in 2015 he took his game to new heights. Adding size and strength over summer, while building on his relentless running capabilities, Gaff became a player very players could match it with throughout the course of a game.
Gaff chalked up career highs in disposals, tackles, clearances, contested possessions and uncontested possessions. At the end of 2015 he ranked second in total disposals and kicks in the AFL, he was sixth for total handballs and was number one in the competition for uncontested possessions, testament to his hard running game.

Round 15 v Adelaide
In a tough day for all concerned, Gaff was everywhere against the Crows. He worked up and down the ground all night for 36 disposals, and finished off his hard running with three goals to boot. He also took six marks and laid four tackles to earn himself two Brownlow votes.
Round 16 v Collingwood
Gaff’s 100th AFL game and he saluted by being best afield for the Eagles against the Magpies at Etihad Stadium. Gaff was suited to the fast conditions under the roof, where he gathered 34 possessions in the 31-point win. He also took seven marks and laid two tackles earning himself two Brownlow votes in the process.
Round 23 v St Kilda
Looking to hit the finals in good form, Gaff led the charge for the Eagles in their 95-point win against the Saints. Gaff ran his opponents ragged and amassed 36 disposals while also kicking two goals. He also took three marks and laid four tackles, again earning two Brownlow votes.
