Perth’s biggest fundraising event, Telethon, is hitting the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre this weekend.
West Coast supports Telethon throughout the annual weekend event every year and this season is no different, with the club helping out with activities in the kids club, Eagles staff assisting in the phone room as well as two great prizes being donated for auction.
Heading the bill is the chance for a lucky fan to toss the coin at a 2016 West Coast Eagles match, which includes four tickets to the game, visit the warm-up room prior to the game to watch the team warm up before meeting the two captains and toss the coin.

Also up for grabs is a signed and framed 2015 West Coast Eagles poster, capturing the Eagles’ amazing season, this fully signed poster of the 2015 Grand Final squad was signed before the finals series and is beautifully framed and is now a collector’s item.

As the most successful televised charity event in the world, Telethon raises funds to improve the lives of children and young people throughout Western Australia and has been widely supported by the community since the initiative began in 1968.
Since inception, Telethon has raised more than $179 million for children’s hospitals, world leading child health research and state of the art medical facilities.
Tickets for the Opening Show of Telethon (Saturday, October 17 from 6pm-9:30pm) are sold out but the Closing Show of Telethon (Sunday, October 18 from 6pm-9:30pm) are still on sale through Ticketek. CLICK HERE to purchase your tickets.
Supporters can also join the Telethon audience outside of the opening and closing shows in the theatre at the PCEC for a just a gold coin donation.
