The West Coast Eagles would like to congratulate the winners of the 2016 Eagles in the Community Limited Edition Game Changer Lottery, which was drawn on Wednesday.
Extra-special congratulations must go to our Grand Prize winners, Greg and Sandy Watts, who now have the choice between a luxury 21-day APT European Cruise, or $125,000 cash.
Defender Will Schofield gave 12-year members Greg and Sandy a call yesterday to pass on the life-changing news.
“I’ve got a quick question for you Greg. Are you sitting down?” Schofield asked, before proceeding to deliver the announcement.
“Good god!” was the reaction from Greg. “I feel bloody terrific! Absolutely magic!”
Although the Watts have a bit more time to make their big decision, Greg did give a hint as to what they may be thinking.
“Not too sure just yet, although we’ve been thinking of a European cruise so maybe we’ll do that.”
The second prize was also drawn on Wednesday, with Jacky Cleghorn winning a 2016 Toyota AFL Grand Final package for two.
