This year’s West Coast Eagles lottery sold out in record time and we could not be more thankful to our fans and members who purchased a ticket.
All 7,500 tickets were sold and both prizes have been drawn.
Huge congratulations goes to our Early Bird winner, Di Ingelse (Ticket No. 6,350), who won $20,000 cash.
Our Grand Prize winners were Steve and Maureen Sloan, whose lucky ticket No. 3132 earned them a whopping $100,000 cheque!
The West Coast Eagles Lottery is one of the annual initiatives the club coordinates to provide funding for its community programs, activities and charitable initiatives.
Part proceeds also benefit MSWA, who provide a range of vital services to people living with all neurological conditions in Western Australia .
MSWA CEO Marcus Stafford said he was proud of the organisation’s longstanding partnership with the West Coast Eagles.
“The West Coast Eagles Lottery is a great example of two iconic WA brands working together to make a difference,” Stafford said.
“The partnership has helped to improve the WA community’s awareness of the needs of the thousands of Western Australians living with neurological conditions.
“Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket. Part proceeds from the West Coast Eagles lottery help us to provide vital services and support to those living with neurological conditions and fund much needed research into cures for neurological conditions”.
MSWA ambassador Josh Kennedy hoped next year’s lottery would be bigger and better than ever.
“We had a great outcome this year and I thank all of our passionate members and fans for rallying behind this great cause that is dear to my heart,” Kennedy said.
“The West Coast Eagles lottery is really going from strength to strength, so I expect it to be bigger than ever in 2020.”
