The West Coast Eagles are committed to a number of multicultural programs and on Sunday were front and centre at the Chinese New Year celebrations in Northbridge.
With James Street transformed into a lively market atmosphere, West Coast had a stall set up on the fringe of the action, taking our game and club to a diverse group of people.

The Eagles in the Community team were highly visible in the piazza area, on the corner of James and Lake Streets, which was the focal point for a spectacular evening of celebrations, part of the Chinese New Year festivities, which were attended by many dignitaries.
On stage, guests were treated to a range of acts, including traditional dancing troops, a dragon dance, Chinese mask-changing and fire-breathing and Sichuan kung fu tea act.
Some of the performers were from Perth’s sister city Dujiangyan, Chengdu.
