The West Coast Eagles will meet reigning premier Geelong on neutral territory in Adelaide next season after the AFL confirmed details of the newly-named ‘Gather Round’ to be played in South Australia.
Meanwhile, the 56th RAC Derby has been set for round three, with the Eagles to play as the 'away' team at Optus Stadium against Fremantle at 3.20pm on Sunday, April 2.
In the latest fixture update, the League announced West Coast will take on the Cats at Adelaide Oval on Sunday, April 16.
Bouncedown for the round five clash will be at 12.40pm local time (11.10am WA time).
Last month, the AFL confirmed an extra 24th round would be scheduled for the 2023 home and away season, with all nine games to be played in South Australia on the same weekend, which coincides with school holidays.
Entry to the clash with Geelong will be free for all West Coast Eagles and AFL members with match access.
West Coast Eagles members with match access as part of their membership will be issued a voucher code in order to be able to redeem a free ticket from 9.30am AWST on Monday, December 12.
Eligible member types include Reserved Seat, Flexi, Interstate, Victorian Gold, Victorian Platinum and AFL Club Support.
Non-access members will be able to purchase tickets during the General Public on-sale from 2pm AWST on Monday, December 12.
