Picks in next month's NAB AFL Draft and future selections flew everywhere during the Trade Period, and West Coast was involved in a huge trade to strengthen the club's draft hands for this year and 2023. 

The Eagles moved back six spots from pick No.2 and in turn received another first-round selection this year, leaving the club with two high-end picks at No.8 and 12 as it stands, plus early second-round selections 20 and 26.

Importantly, West Coast also boosted next year's draft selections and now has five picks in the opening three rounds after adding future second and third-round picks tied to Port Adelaide's finishing position next season.

Clubs will be able to trade picks up until the draft, with the opening round getting underway on Monday, November 28.
