A product of West Coast’s Next Generation Academy, Livingstone showed some promising signs in his first season on the Eagles’ list, impressing with his aggression and commitment to the contest as a forward-ruck. In his first year of League football in the WAFL, the 200cm big man played all 18 games and averaged 10 hitouts and eight disposals. Livingstone was one of the most damaging players in the WAFL colts in 2023, booting 20 goals as well as averaging 16 disposals and 22 hitouts in 14 games, and was joint-winner of the Jack Clarke Medal as Colts best and fairest. The West Australian teenager, who was picked up by West Coast in the 2023 AFL Rookie Draft, is the nephew of Hawthorn premiership player and West Coast’s current First Nations Player Development Manager, Chance Bateman.
