West Coast forward Liam Ryan has accepted a one-week suspension by the Match Review Officer following an incident in Sunday’s loss to the Western Bulldogs.
Ryan was cited for Rough Conduct on Jason Johannisen in a second-quarter incident assessed as Careless Conduct, Medium Impact and High Contact, based on the available evidence.
He accepted a one-week suspension with an early guilty plea for a first offence.
Ryan will miss Sunday’s clash with the Sydney Swans at GMHBA Stadium in Geelong.
