Duggan last suited up for the WAFL Eagles in round 17 but was sidelined less than 15 minutes into the contest against Swan Districts after aggravating an ankle injury he suffered in RAC Derby 50.
West Coast's finals hopes will go on the line when they take on its former WAFL affiliate at Leederville Oval.
The Eagles currently sit sixth on the ladder following their recent win against the Demons.
A win over the Royals would keep the Eagles in top five contention, as the finals race heats up with just two rounds left in the season.
West Coast’s midfield will have to keep close watch of East Perth ball magnet Jackson Ramsay, who is ranked second in the competition for possessions with an average of 30.6 disposals per game.
The Eagles’ backline has been in outstanding form in recent weeks and will be focused on restricting Mitchell Dobson’s impact up forward.
The Royals’ spearhead has been in great form this season booting 23 goals in 11 games.
West Coast and East Perth faced off in round six in a fiery clash, which saw the Royals prevail by 34 points.
The state league side will be keen to turn the tables on East Perth to stay in touch with Perth, who currently sit a game clear in fifth spot.
Keegan Brooksby and Bailey Williams have formed a potent ruck combination in recent weeks and will likely split time against Royals’ ruckman Ajang Ajang, who is averaging 26.1 hitouts per game.
After starting the season as a key forward, Williams has spent the second half of the season switching time between the forward line and ruck.
His versatility has allowed for Brooksby and Nathan Vardy to spend more time up forward.
Bouncedown is at 7.10 pm at Leederville Oval.
