Seven West Coast Eagles are in the running to claim a 2019 All Australian blazer following confirmation of the representative side’s 40-man squad.
Previous All Australians Andrew Gaff, Shannon Hurn, Jeremy McGovern and Elliot Yeo could add another blazer to their collection, while the club’s joint vice-captain Luke Shuey, key forward Jack Darling and dependable defender Brad Sheppard are in the mix to claim their first All Australian honours.
The 2019 Virgin Australia AFL All Australian team will be unveiled on Wednesday night.
