Hi Rock-Bloggers!

A big, huge, MASSIVE thanks to all my little buddies who came along to Fan Fair yesterday! It was such an awesome day. Obviously it was a bit hot, but I don’t think many of you minded too much.

Thanks also to all the Mums and Dads who came out and made sure all my buddies had plenty of water and sunscreen in the heat.

There was so much to see and do, I hope you got around to everything. We had the inflatable handball and kicking cubes, and our giant obstacle course for those who wanted a bit of footy training before the season started. One of my favourites yesterday was the photo booth, where I made sure I had a ton of photos taken with the 2006 premiership cup. It was heavier than I thought! Oh, and I loved heading over to the petting zoo and seeing the sleepy koala and the slithering snakes.

Did you have fun? Everyone I chatted to seemed to be having a ball, which made me super happy.

What about the game afterwards? Wow, we played really well! The boys coped with the heat just fine and all my mates out there got their hands on the ball a whole bunch of times.

I can’t wait for the season proper to start in a couple of weeks against the Brisbane Lions. The boys look ready… I’m definitely ready. I hope you are too!
