Exciting young Eagle Ella Roberts was the standout in Thursday night’s 11-point victory over the Western Bulldogs at Whitten Oval.

Roberts impacted the game from the first bounce with her pressure and speed around the contest and produced a season-high performance in disposals (23), marks (four) and tackles (six).

The 19-year-old also slotted an incredible on-the-run goal, which will no doubt be recognised as a ‘Goal of the Week’ nominee.

This is Roberts’ third season in the league, and the Peel Thunder product is still only just getting started, continuing to develop and exceed expectations from week to week.
