The West Coast Eagles confirm that Tyler Brockman has been fined $1400 after his traffic charges were heard in Geraldton Magistrates Court today.
Brockman entered guilty pleas to three charges by WA Police from the incident in May, after he attended a family funeral in the north-west region.
The 21-year-old was stood down by the club before re-integrating into the football program, initially resuming for the WAFL Eagles before being available for AFL selection after the mid-season bye.
The wellbeing and education programs facilitated by the club will be ongoing with Tyler and pleasingly he has already made progress to meet the required standards for an AFL player.
As previously stated, Brockman’s situation is complex and the club will continue supporting and working with him around his personal development.
