The West Coast Eagles are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic passing of Cam McCarthy. We extend our sympathies to his family, friends, and teammates and acknowledge his contribution to the game.

The talented forward played 70 AFL games after being drafted by Greater Western Sydney (21 games) in the 2013 National Draft. In 2016 he returned home to Perth and played 49 games in four seasons at Fremantle.
