The West Coast Eagles confirm forward Jake Waterman has been discharged from hospital today after falling ill prior to the round 13 match against Adelaide.

Waterman was a late withdrawal from the Crows game due to a medical condition for which he is receiving treatment, and his availability will be reassessed as he responds to treatment.

The Club will provide an update when more information becomes available.
