West Coast’s off-season recruits have been allocated their jumper numbers ahead of the 2022 AFL campaign.
Former Carlton utility Sam Petrevski-Seton will start his journey in the blue and gold wearing the No.10 jumper, previously worn by premiership players Don Pyke and Michael Braun.
Top draft pick Campbell Chesser (No.18), Brady Hough (No.19) and Jack Williams (No.34) have been assigned numbers recently worn by 2018 Grand Final heroes Daniel Venables, Nathan Vardy and Mark Hutchings, respectively.
Meanwhile, tall defender Rhett Bazzo has been handed No.33 and mature-ager Greg Clark will wear No.39 – the number made famous by flag-winning West Coast duo Chris Waterman and Adam Hunter.
Chesser will hope to carry on the successful history of No.18, with a trio of Eagles – Tony Evans, Rowan Jones and Venables – playing in winning Grand Finals in that number.
