West Coast Eagles talls Bailey Williams, Harry Edwards and Harry Barnett will be on modified training programs until the Christmas break.

Ruck duo Williams and Barnett have sustained hamstring and calf strains, respectively, which will keep them on light duties for the latter stages of the pre-Christmas program.

Key defender Edwards has developed some bone stress in his foot and will be placed in a protective boot as a precaution in the short-term.

“Harry Edwards reported some foot soreness after training this week and we are taking precautionary measures by de-loading his training program,” Head of Football John Worsfold said.

“He will require a period without running and we will reassess his progress over the coming weeks.

“Bailey Williams and Harry Barnett will be on modified duties for a brief period but are set to resume training with the group when the players return from their Christmas break.”
