West Coast’s next fixture has been confirmed, with the Eagles set to host Greater Western Sydney at Optus Stadium on Sunday, August 23.
The round 13 Sir Doug Nicholls Round clash was expected with both Sydney teams relocating to Perth after their round 10 matches.
But the League confirmed bouncedown against last year’s beaten Grand Finalists the Giants will be at 4.10pm AWST a week after the club's round 12 clash with Hawthorn.
The remainder of the fixture beyond that clash remains unknown, however the Eagles have already played Sydney, who they defeated by 34 points in round five to kick-start a five-match winning streak.
West Coast hosts Carlton this Sunday before a showdown with the Hawks seven days later.
The Giants clash will be the Eagles’ sixth game back in Western Australia since returning from their Queensland hub at Royal Pines Resort.
Ticket arrangements for the match are yet to be finalised, however the club will email eligible members once more information is known.
