The West Coast squad continued their preparation for the upcoming NAB Challenge with another solid pre-season hit-out at Patersons Stadium today.
With the scheduled morning session allowing the team to escape the harshest parts of the Perth heat, the boys were really able to crank up the intensity as they were put through their paces.
The session consisted of a short and sharp skills section before the team switched their focus to full-ground ball movement.

The usual suspects of Luke Shuey, Scott Selwood, Matt Priddis and Chris Masten all looked to be running extremely well and their use of the ball continued to be exemplary.
The training session then switched into match simulation, where teammates were pitted against each other with an almost “no holds barred” approach.
New recruit Dom Sheed seemed to have no problem finding plenty of the football during the simulation, while it was extremely encouraging to see ruckman Nic Naitanui contesting the majority of center bounces and stoppage work around the ground.
Defender Will Schofield seemed to have recovered well from his slight hamstring strain last week, providing plenty of run from the half back line, while Josh Kennedy looks set to build on his impressive season last year, as he seemingly marked absolutely everything sent in his direction.
