The West Coast Eagles are pleased to announce Mark Paganin has been appointed to the Club’s Board of Directors.

A partner of Australian law firm Clayton Utz for over 25 years, Mr Paganin brings a wealth of legal expertise and commercial acumen in addition to extensive football experience to complement the Club’s current leadership.

Mr Paganin has an extensive background as a board member, including as a previous elected member of the National Board of Clayton Utz, Chair of Scotch College (2017-22) and the University Club of UWA (2016-22). He serves as a member of the UWA Business School Board.

He has also had a long involvement with football as a past player at Claremont, Life Member of the University Football Club and as the President of the Cottesloe Junior Football Club.

“We are truly delighted to appoint Mark as a director at the West Coast Eagles,” Chair Elizabeth Gaines said.

“Following a thorough process, it was apparent Mark was the ideal appointment to complement our current board with his outstanding background practicing law over a long period, particularly given former Chair Paul Fitzpatrick is retiring from the board.

“Mark is a highly respected individual who has a deep passion for the game at all levels, and especially for the West Coast Eagles as a supporter since the Club’s inception and member for the past 25 years.

“We look forward to welcoming Mark and his family to the Club.

“I would also like to again thank Paul for his outstanding service to the Club.”
