Four new faces, three train-ons and a pair of young guns returning from long injury lay-offs headline West Coast’s squad to tackle Richmond in match simulation.

Eagles fans will get their first look at recruits Liam Baker, Jack Graham and Matt Owies at Mineral Resources Park on Monday morning.

Ex-Tigers Baker and Graham will face their old teammates just months after joining former coach Andrew McQualter in the west.

Top draftee Bo Allan is also part of the 25-man squad to be led by reappointed co-captains Liam Duggan and Oscar Allen.

Key defenders Sandy Brock and James Van Es, plus Werribee midfielder Jack Henderson, will have the chance to strut their stuff ahead of the Supplemental Selection Period closing on Friday.

The trio of train-ons have been allocated numbers 36, 40 and 41 for Monday’s match simulation only.

West Coast fans will be pleased to see exciting youngsters Elijah Hewett and Noah Long back in action following respective long-term foot and knee issues.

Following impressive pre-seasons to date, emerging prospects Tyrell Dewar, Jack Hutchinson and yet-to-debut Archer Reid have also been handed opportunities.

Indigenous All-Stars Liam Ryan, Tim Kelly and Coen Livingstone were not considered after facing Fremantle at Optus Stadium on Saturday.

Jamie Cripps, Jeremy McGovern, Harley Reid and Jake Waterman are among the other notable absentees.

Bouncedown at Mineral Resources Park is at 9.32am, and the match simulation will be streamed live on Kayo and broadcast on Fox Footy.

The format will consist of three 25-minute periods with flexibility to reduce the third period if required.

The match sim is one of three warm-up games ahead of round one, including an internal match simulation during Fan Day on February 22 at MRP and AAMI Community Series clash with North Melbourne in Bunbury on March 1.
