A quartet of premiership-winning Eagles are chances to hit major games milestones in 2025, with Jamie Cripps closing in on the 250-game mark for West Coast.
Cripps, who kicked 16 goals from as many games at St Kilda to start his career, is the most experienced player on the Eagles’ list ahead of his 13th season in blue and gold.
The 32-year-old will be aiming to replicate a vintage 2024 campaign when he booted 27 goals from 19 games, leaving him just five majors shy of 300 for the club and 15 matches away from 250.
Cripps would become just the 12th West Coast player to join the illustrious 250-club and sixth to hit the 300-goal milestone.
Champion defender Jeremy McGovern, who shades Cripps as the Eagles’ oldest player by eight days, needs only nine appearances to become the 29th West Coast player to reach 200 games.
The five-time All-Australian returned to his brilliant best to claim his maiden John Worsfold Medal in 2024 from 19 matches – his most in a season since 2019.
Elliot Yeo, runner-up in the Club Champion, is also within sight of 200 games at the Eagles after starting his career at Brisbane.
Yeo is 15 appearances shy of the milestone, with co-captain Liam Duggan (179 games) also a chance to get there with some injury luck.
Smooth-moving midfielder Tim Kelly is set to become a 100-game player for the Eagles in round four, with co-captain Oscar Allen (93 matches) and Jack Petruccelle (88) not far behind.
Valuable recruit Jayden Hunt leads a group edging towards 50 games for the club.
The speedy wingman has played 43 games across two seasons out west, while Reuben Ginbey (40), Harry Edwards (39), Campbell Chesser (32), Ryan Maric and Jack Williams (29 each) can reach 50 this year.
On the goalkicking front, Allen (139), Liam Ryan (136) and Jake Waterman (132) should surpass 150 next season.
Meanwhile, senior coach Andrew McQualter will become the 10th man to coach the Eagles in an AFL match.
