Bullocking Waalitj Marawar midfielder Elliot Yeo has met all of the physical markers to prove his fitness and has been named to play against Kuwarna (Adelaide) at Adelaide Oval on Sunday.

One of the stars of the season for the Eagles, the powerful Yeo has missed the last two matches with a slight groin strain and he will be a welcome addition as the club faces a stern test against a seasoned opponent.

While Yeo has been named in the following division, three other players elevated to the extended squad have been selected on the interchange bench.

Veteran midfielder Andrew Gaff, key defender Harry Edwards and rookie midfielder Clay Hall have been included in the 26-man squad.

Exiting the team after playing in nine of the first 10 rounds is another youngster, Luke Edwards. Until now the only game he missed was the round six RAC Derby against Fremantle.

Hall drafted with pick No.38 last November has been impressive for the WAFL Eagles and is pushing for his first opportunity. Had it not been for ankle injury in pre-season the hard-nosed left-footer might already have played.

The club will refine the list to its starting 23 and emergencies after departing for Adelaide tomorrow.
