The West Coast Eagles have made one change to the squad ahead of Saturday’s clash with the Adelaide Crows at Mineral Resources Park.

Experienced forward Aimee Schmidt has worked her way back into the team this week to face the Crows and will look to inject some firepower into the Eagles’ forward line.

Schmidt has been West Coast’s leading goalkicker for the past two seasons and will be a welcome inclusion against a tough Adelaide defensive outfit.

Schmidt comes into the side for fellow forward Kate Bartlett, who has been omitted.

The Eagles fell to the Bulldogs by eight points last week and will be looking to bounce back and produce a competitive, four-quarter display against one of the best sides in the competition.

This game will also be celebrated as Pride Round, an annual round to acknowledge diversity and inclusiveness within the sport, raising awareness for the importance of what Pride represents within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Bouncedown for Saturday’s clash is set for 2:05pm, with the Eagles wrapping up their 2023 campaign in front of their home fans, family and friends.
