The West is PASSIONATE this Saturday for this weekend’s clash with Essendon at Domain Stadium, as two arch rivals face off in a do-or-die game as both clubs approach the bye.
West Coast fans are encouraged to get their scarves ready to swing, Sheedy-style, to celebrate goals and urge the team on to victory. The Team Store will be open from 9am at Gate 12, and outlets at Gates 8 and 10 from 12pm, with very special limited edition scarves selling for 10 dollars.
Supporters are also reminded to bring along their souvenir ‘The West Is Ours’ flags from round three to help create a sea of gold at Domain Stadium. One lucky fan, who is spotted waving their flag proudly, will be picked in the crowd at half time to win a 100-dollar Team Store voucher.
It’s all happening in Fan Zone this Saturday from 1.05pm, with match day sponsor SGIO bringing back the highly popular Surprisingly Good Goal Zone from round two. In this unique set-up, fans will have the opportunity to fly footy-carrying drones into goal targets, with great prizes on offer for lucky participants. Be sure to check it out!
A highlight for this week is sure to be the Infinite Energy dunking tank, where West Coast supporters will be given the opportunity to take revenge on an Essendon fan. Get your bowling action ready and be prepared for a few laughs!
Fans can get their ‘game-face’ ready at the West Coast Eagles cheer tent, with FREE face-painting and temporary tattoos on offer. Don’t forget to tag all your social pics with either #goeagles or #thewestispassionate, and you might even see your photo up on the big screen during the main breaks.
