We’re getting closer!
Finally, football is within sight. The 2015 season action begins toon, with Fan Day next Saturday! I’m so excited to see all my friends again down at Kitchener Oval. Remember to be there from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to meet the team, have fun at the activities and receive plenty of giveaways!
As always, it’s going to be a great event, with lots to do for the whole family! So bring your mum, your dad, your brothers and your sisters and enjoy some footy fun in the sun.
In other footy news, just last week, Nic Naitanui announced that we’re going to be taking on the Indigenous All-Stars in February, before the NAB Challenge begins. It will be a great opportunity for the boys to get out on the park and put all of their hard work together on the field. Taking on the Indigenous All-Stars will be a big challenge, the whole team are really excited to give it a crack!
I hope all you rock-bloggers are enjoying being back at school. I know the Eagles in the Community team are excited to begin our school visits again. We have a fantastic time visiting schools, talking about nutrition, making good choices and of course, footy! Hopefully we get to see you at your school soon!
