Champion forward Josh Kennedy ticked the last selection requisite for the final time when he got through today’s main training session and will line-up against the Adelaide Crows on Sunday.
The veteran of 270 games and 704 goals for the West Coast Eagles will play in front of what looms as close to a full house as his team strives for just its third win of the season.
The inclusion of Kennedy was confirmed as one of at least three changes as the club settles on the combination to tackle the Crows.
With young midfielder Jai Culley suspended for two matches and both Connor West (wrist) and Jack Petruccelle (hamstring) ruled out through injury the match committee was again hampered in its quest for continuity.
Kennedy was rested from the game against Gold Coast last Sunday and was named in the starting 18, but the final team will not be revealed until tomorrow afternoon.
Young midfielder Xavier O’Neill and defender Luke Foley, who were in the 22-man team last Sunday, as well as versatile big man Hugh Dixon (medical sub) have been name on an extended interchange bench.
Also added are small forward Zac Langdon, utility player Samo Petrevski-Seton, defenders Jackson Nelson and Rhett Bazzo and midfielder Greg Clark.
