West Coast Eagles midfielder Jai Culley has accepted a two-match striking suspension offered by the Match Review Officer following Sunday’s narrow loss to Gold Coast.
Culley was cited for an incident with Suns onballer Noah Anderson during the second quarter at Metricon Stadium, which was assessed as Intentional Conduct, Medium Impact and High Contact.
The incident was classified as a two-match sanction as a first offence, which Culley accepted with an early guilty plea.
The mid-season draftee, who was also subbed out of the Gold Coast game with a hamstring concern, will be unavailable for clashes with Adelaide this Sunday and the RAC Derby against Fremantle in the penultimate round.
