The West Coast Eagles will face crosstown rivals Fremantle twice this pre-season after changes to the AFL Pre-season Practice Match fixture.
Originally scheduled to play Adelaide in a scratch match, the Eagles will now host the Dockers on Friday, February 25 at Optus Stadium.
Bouncedown will be at 4.40pm.
The game will be closed to the public, however Kayo Sports will be livestreaming the contest, with the format – including the number of quarters, quarter-length and players used – to be decided by the clubs.
West Coast will then face the Dockers again nine days later at Fremantle Oval for the club’s AAMI Community Series match on Sunday, March 6 from 4.10pm.
The Eagles kick-off their 2022 home and away campaign two weeks later against Gold Coast at Optus Stadium on Sunday, March 20.
