Let love lead you home
Click here for your chance to hear John Worsfold on the piano and a choir featuring 14 current players. Every iTunes download of "Love Lead Us Home" will help build a school in Cambodia.
With “Love Lead Us Home”, Paul hopes to continue to make a difference in the struggling nation, and the club is calling for your support.
Off the back of his first song, “Picking Up the Pieces”, over $50,000 was raised to build a school in the Koh Kong province, and Paul has today released a second track to help construct another school in Cambodia.
In an AFL first, a choir featuring 14 current West Coast players, nine player mothers and four host mothers came together at a studio in Northbridge to throw their voices and support behind the project.
Senior coach John Worsfold has also revealed his hidden musical talents, sharing his piano skills for the song’s instrumental bridge.
It is the club’s hope that this collaborative recording will capture the imagination of all our fans, who will in turn support people of Cambodia and this worthy cause.
From next week, the “Love Lead Us Home” CD will be available for purchase through the West Coast Eagles Team Store for $5 and is also downloadable on iTunes now.
All proceeds from the sale of this single will go towards building a second school in Cambodia.
Donations to the Eagles school project can be made directly to the Tabitha Foundation.
